Ultra-Guard Fabric Protection | West Palm Beach Service Center

The Ultra-Guard Concept came out of my own experience as owner of a home furnishings showroom, where I contracted with a fabric protection service for my own customers.

I wanted to expand beyond just the fabric protection to a Concierge service in the care of fine fabrics for the design trade and their clientele.

The concept was to not only protect the fabrics, but stand behind the protection with a service warranty and maintenance cleaning, using skilled upholstery cleaners.

To establish the model, I began working with designers and showrooms in Orange County, California.

After testing the available fabric protection products, I selected one I could actually stand behind with a 5-year service warranty, and began by doing the application myself, in order to train future service technicians.

My research for the best formula was on-going. Everytime a new product came out, I tested it for repellency of both water and oil based stains and for durability. If it out performed the one I was using, I went with the new one.

Now I, working with our chemist, am able to formulate the product exactly the way I want it and we have now have a nanotech formula I named STAIN FREE, that out performs any product on the market today and we actually guarantee it to last the life of the fabric.

I started the business 30 years ago and we have grown exponentially to almost 200 service centers across the country, serving hundreds of interior designers, showrooms, and workrooms with our Premier Concierge Service for the care of Fine Fabrics.
